Refund Policy

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    • Provide your order number, and a brief description/photo of the issue.

    • Once validated, we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner. They may offer a replacement or refund.

    • In most cases, you do not need to return the item to receive a resolution.

  2. Lost in Transit

    • If your package is lost during shipping, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

    • We will file a claim with our fulfillment partner and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

  3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Preference

    • Because items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or returns for reasons such as wrong size, changed mind, or ordering the wrong item.

    • If you want a different size or product, please place a new order.

  4. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
